Green beans with pickled peppers

500g string beans, 2 pickled red peppers, 30g minced meat, 20g sprout, appropriate amount of chopped green onion and garlic, 75g refined oil, a little salt and sugar, half teaspoon monosodium glutamate, 1 tablespoon vinegar, a little cooking wine

Method:

1. Tear off two ends and old tendons of kidney beans, wash and cut into long sections; soak red peppers to remove the roots and seeds, wash and cut into sections.
