18、 It is not forbidden to engage in all kinds of sports, but it is forbidden to engage in any sports just after the practice.

19、 For the following postures, there are no restrictions on nostril patency: lotus sitting, perfect sitting, semi perfect sitting, simple sitting, courage sitting, great worship, yoga seal and snake sitting.

20、 There is no food restriction in the above postures.

21、 During menstruation, pregnancy and one month after delivery, women are not allowed to practice postures or other exercises, but the postures used in Dhyana can be practiced in any situation; lotus, perfect sitting and courage postures are suitable for practicing meditation and concentration.

22、 Pranayama can't be done immediately after practicing asana.
