Ingredients: walnut, jujube, glutinous rice (1:1:1), sugar, honey, jujube water (boiling water)

5. Add the same amount of water to the soaked glutinous rice and beat it for many times to form glutinous rice paste. (sift the glutinous rice paste to see if it is delicate, and beat it repeatedly to ensure the good taste of the finished product)

6. Put the three processed materials into the pot according to the ratio of 1:1:1

7. Add jujube water. The amount of jujube water is equal to the amount of all the materials in the pot. Stir and boil the jujube evenly (remember to put more water when boiling jujube, because the glutinous rice slurry will thicken after boiling. Add jujube water to adjust the consistency. )

8. Use a hand-held mixer to make the material more delicate while boiling (this step can be omitted, so the early mixing work needs to be more meticulous)

9. Add appropriate amount of sugar, cook and stir until the sugar dissolves. Turn off the heat when the walnut cheese is thick

10. After the temperature drops, honey will be more mellow according to personal taste.
