Taiwan's desserts are recommended to be cool and pleasant

1. Pour the Xiancao powder into a container, preferably in a small pot, because the back has to be boiled. Add 150 ml water and mix until it is completely diluted and no particles are found.

2. Boil the remaining 1.1 liters of water. Add water to the paste while stirring.

3. Move the mixed Xiancao powder paste to the stove and boil for 2-3 minutes. During this period, keep stirring, otherwise it will be pasted.

4. Cool the boiled Xiancao powder paste and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Cut borneol into small pieces.

6. Bring to a boil with water and cool.

7. Completely refrigerated Xiancao jelly, cut into random pieces, add borneol sugar water, and enjoy.
