The diet and nutrition of infants have always been the focus of our attention. Today's meat dragon is the most frequently cooked delicacy of the kindergarten aunt. It's very simple, especially the taste of the children at the very time.

Practice:

1. Pour the water into a large heat-resistant container and heat it in the microwave oven for 30 seconds before taking it out.

2. Test the water temperature by hand. If the water temperature is similar to that of the hand, add dry yeast, stir with a spoon for several times, and add sugar and salt to mix evenly.

3. Pour 1 / 3 of the strong flour into the warm water, and mix the flour with chopsticks to make it dissolve in the water. Some tiny bubbles can be seen on the surface of the batter water, which is produced by the reaction of dry yeast and warm water.

4. While pouring in the remaining 2 / 3 of the strong powder, gently mix the dry flour and the flour paste in step 4 with chopsticks.

5. Mix the dough into knots. There are many knots in the container. It is loose and light. Do not mix it into the whole dough.

6. Cover the surface of the container with a layer of fresh-keeping film, heat it for 30 seconds with the defrosting function of the microwave oven (low wattage of 150 watts), and then take it out.

7. Spread a layer of strong powder on the bottom of the container, spread the dough on it, and cover it with a piece of baking paper and a towel. Wake up in a warm place at home for 35 minutes (winter) / 10 minutes (summer). Wait for the dough to double.

8. In another bowl, add the meat stuffing, add the oil and cooking oil and stir in one direction until greasy. Then add onion, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt, stir well.

9. Sprinkle some dry flour on the chopping board, put the dough on it, press the surface with three fingers to exhaust air, and then knead the dough until it is smooth.

10. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 15cm long, 12cm wide and 0.5cm thick skin. Spread the meat stuffing on the dough, use chopsticks or shovels to flatten and compact it, leaving about 1 cm of space on the four sides of the dough. A lazy dragon meat roll is ready.

11. Use the same method to make another meat roll. The raw embryos of the meat roll should keep a certain distance from each other when they are placed. Put a piece of baking paper on the bottom of the meat roll, put it on the plate, cover with plastic film, and heat it for 30 seconds with the defrosting function of the microwave oven (low wattage of 150 watts).

13. Put cold water in the steamer, put the steamer drawer on it, put the meat roll and baking paper on it, and cover the pot. Wake up in a warm place at home for 15 minutes (winter) / 5 minutes (summer).

13. Open the fire, wait for the gas (hot gas can be emitted from the surface of the pot cover) to calculate the time, 15 minutes. After steaming, put it on the chopping board and cut it into 6-8 cm wide sections.
