New street snack New Year cake

There are so many snacks made by rice cakes on the street now, but I haven't found them. I'm greedy and want to eat them right away. There are still some left over rice cakes at home, which are ready to be made into the first street snack baked by me.

Practice:

6. Evenly sprinkle the chilli powder, cumin powder and salt into the cold noodles.
