Fried glutinous rice cake

I like the feeling of glutinous rice very much, so I usually steam rice with glutinous rice. This time, I tried a new method called xiangjianci rice cake for the remaining rice, which is based on a snack in Shanghai. The method is simple and not expensive.

Fried glutinous rice cake

1. Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in water for 4 hours, soak it for 3.5 hours, and soak it in water for half an hour;

2. After soaking, pour into the electric cooker to cook. After cooking, put a small amount of salt and stir evenly;

3. Put it into a square fresh-keeping box, such as Le Kou, and press it tightly. Put the lid on the cold through back cover and put it into the refrigerator overnight;

4. Take it out from the refrigerator overnight, cut it into the thickness of the cigarette box, and wrap the cut cifan cake with egg liquid;

5. Heat the frying pan, add a small amount of oil, fry until both sides are golden.
