The process of making Longfeng WAFU dough: the prepared basic dough is stirred evenly with chopsticks in one direction, so that the batter absorbs grease and sugar dissolves. Production process of Longfeng crispy tile: put the dough on the chopping board and knead it several times by hand until the dough surface is smooth. The dough is rolled with a rolling pin and rolled into a thick and even round cake. Use a knife to remove the periphery of a round cake to form a regular rectangular cake. Use small and large to divide the rectangle into three equal parts of equal size to form three small rectangle cakes. The baking process of Longfeng crispy tile: spread a layer of tin paper on the baking tray, and put the crispy tile on the tin paper at intervals. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 200 ℃. After the oven stops working, take out the baking tray, brush a layer of yolk liquid evenly on the surface of the waffle, put the baking tray into the middle layer of the oven again, and bake it for 10 minutes at 200 degrees up and down until the waffle is cooked. . when the oven stops working, remove the pan.
