Steamed egg soup with dried shrimps and fungus

1. Break up the eggs gently;

2. Shredding of Auricularia;

3. Slowly add warm boiled water into the egg liquid (the water can't be scalded). The proportion of water and egg liquid is 2:1,

4. Then add the dried shrimps and the shredded fungus, add a small amount of salt and monosodium glutamate, stir gently and evenly;

5. Seal with plastic wrap. Heat for 1 minute in boiling water and then for 12 minutes.
