Small fried dumplings with small size of Yuanbao

1. Chop zucchini and onion, mix with a little salt and marinate for a while, until the water comes out, squeeze out the water.

2. Mix meat stuffing, onion and zucchini, add all seasonings and mix well to make stuffing.

3. Take a dumpling skin and wrap it into the filling, fold the dumpling skin in half, knead the joint and seal it,

4. Knead the two sharp corners to form a circle. After all is done, drain into the steamer to steam and take out to cool.

5. Put the oil in the pan, drain into the steamed dumplings, and fry until the bottom is slightly yellow,

6. Add some water, cover the lid, fry until the water is dry, and then put it out.
