Stir fried shredded kelp with minced garlic and chili sauce

1. Stir fried garlic pot.

2. Put in some chili sauce and some cooking wine and stir fry.

3. Stir fry the shredded kelp and add salt.

4. Stir fry quickly for a few minutes, and pour sesame oil on it before leaving the pot.

Kelp is usually used to make soup, but it's not easy to taste, so this time I try to stir fry it with chili sauce. It really tastes good!
