How to brand loofah? How to brand peanut loofah

Practice:

1. The loofah is shaved with a knife to remove the skin, wipe the silk, and install the basin;

2. Add peanuts, eggs, flour and all seasonings and mix well;

3. Heat the pot with a proper amount of oil, pour in the loofah paste and spread it flat. The thickness is about 1cm. Fry one side until it is set and golden, then fry the other side. Leave the pot after both sides are golden.

Tips:

1. Do not add water;

2. Do not spread the loofah paste too thick;

3. Fry the peanuts in a small pot in advance, without oil, and then peel them. If the grains are too large, they should be crushed. I usually fry a small pot of oil-free peanuts in a sealed jar, so that I can put some spice in my noodles or cold dishes in summer;

4. If you can't buy sticky rice flour, use the same amount of flour instead.
