Lotus seed soup

1. Soak Tremella fuciformis and Auricularia auricula in cold water for 20 minutes until both ears swell and soften. Tear the ears into small pieces with hands

2. Put enough cold water into the pot and put in the ear pieces

3. Wash the dates and remove the core. Peel off the shell of dried longan. Put the red dates and longan meat in a soup pot. Soak the dried lotus seeds in cold water for 20 minutes until the lotus seeds become soft

4. If you can't stand the bitterness of lotus seeds, put a toothpick through the lotus seeds, remove the lotus seeds, and put the peanut seeds and lotus seeds in the soup pot

5. Boil over high heat until water boils. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 30 minutes
