The most reliable cold dish in summer

1. Wash the crab mushroom and cut it in half

2. Boil water in the pot, add some salt, and then pour in the crab mushroom. Bring the water to a boil again and turn off the fire

3. Remove and drain the water (can cool the boiled water for several times), add in the red chopped pepper, pure rice vinegar, chicken powder and sugar

4. Pour in chili oil, mix well, and eat
