Fried beans with tomato

1. Remove the gluten and wash the beans. Cut them into shreds.

2. After the egg is broken, stir fry the egg in the pan until it solidifies.

3. No need to pour oil in the pan. Use the bottom oil of scrambled eggs. Pour in shredded beans and stir fry.

4. Add some water and cook the beans for five minutes.
