Sauteed onion with preserved meat

1. Rinse the bacon, put it into a steamer, steam it for 20 minutes, take it out, cool it and slice it into 1 cm long slices. Slice the red pepper obliquely. Remove the stalks, seeds and cut into shreds. Cut the onion and set aside.

2.
