Hot and spicy pickle hotpot in rainy spring festival

Years ago, I learned a lot of authentic Korean kimchi from my friends. I didn't eat much in the Spring Festival. Now I'm going to change my new way of eating to a popular Korean kimchi hotpot.

Fat beef pickle pot method:

1. Cut Tricholoma into slices, sauerkraut, onion and ginger into shreds.

2. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, stir fry the onion and ginger together, stir fry the fragrance, and then stir fry the sauerkraut together.

3. Stir fry for two minutes, add Tricholoma and stir fry together, stir evenly, then add some water, boil, then turn to low heat, cover and cook for five minutes.

4. After cooking, add some salt and pepper to taste, then add fat cattle to cook.

8. After boiling, use chopsticks to spread them out, sprinkle some onion shreds, and then put them into a bowl.
