New practice of lotus root

In recent years, one of the delicious food that often appears on our family's dining table is the sweet and sour tofu diced with tomato sauce, which has a special taste. Today, I made this sweet and sour lotus root diced, but I didn't use tomato sauce.

Method of sweet and sour lotus root

1. Peel lotus root, wash and dice; remove seeds of red persimmon and pepper, wash and reserve. Heat the oil in the pot, stir fry ginger and scallion.

2. Stir fry the lotus root. Then pour in vinegar, stir well, add sugar and salt to taste.

3. Stir well and add in red persimmon and pepper. Stir well and thicken with starch. Stir fry in sesame oil and sprinkle with scallion.
