How to share the coveted saltfish cake

Among the city delicacies at the tip of the tongue, there is another salted fish cake that Dalian has to eat. In fact, this method is very simple and only uses salted fish and cornmeal. You can have a look at the method.

Main methods:

1. Remove scales, gills and internal organs of sea fish, and wash them; cut a few knives on the body of big fish, and coat it with cooking wine and salt, marinate it to taste, hang it up, and air it for two or three days.

2. Before eating, wash the fish, marinate with ginger, scallion and soy sauce for 20 minutes, put oil in the pot, fry the fish until both sides are golden yellow, then serve.

3. Take 350g corn flour, add 500g hot water to make hot noodles, seal until fermented. Then add other ingredients, mix well, take a piece of wet dough, and pat it into a cake in the palm of your hand.

4. Traditional method: cook firewood under the stove, add water to the pot and heat it. Stick the corn cake around the big iron pot. The traditional big cake is 20cm long and 10cm wide, in the shape of shuttle. When the tortillas are ripe, wash the water away and fry some salted fish in the middle of the pot.

5. Eat with salted fish at the same time, especially for taste.
