Cooking method of shrimp with garlic

The main ingredient of garlic shrimp is shrimp and the method of dealing with garlic shrimp is the same as that of the scalded shrimp we usually make. The other one is the shrimp with garlic edge, which needs to be cut along the back of the shrimp with a sharp knife to pick out the intestinal mud.

Practice:

1. Wash the shrimps, cut off the shrimps' whiskers, cut open the back of shrimps and remove the shrimps' thread. Put in some cooking wine, marinate with salt, and put less salt, or even without salt.

2. Put the prawns aside, peel the garlic, wash it and cut it into pieces.

3. Add some oil into the wok, stir fry garlic until it is 50% hot, add salt, sugar, pepper and chicken powder, stir well, then turn off the heat.

4. Stir fry the garlic into the shrimp back, then put it in the steamer, steam for 7-8 minutes.
