Don't run around and make your favorite tea noodles

Making Sha Cha Mian is totally to please my friend in Xiamen. In the past, I heard him talking about how to find out the formula for making Sha Cha Mian. I think about it too much outside. This is my own version. I don't know how to understand my friend's advice compared with the master.

Practice:

1. Slice the meat crosswise, put monosodium glutamate and fish sauce into the slice, catch the monosodium glutamate and melt it, put corn oil into the slice, and then put in the sweet potato powder. The meat will taste better if it's taken longer.

2. Heat sesame oil in low heat, add three spoonfuls of peanut butter, stir until it is completely dissolved in the oil and no particles are added into the boiling water. After boiling, change to medium heat.

3. Put in chili sauce and chili oil. According to your taste, put the seasoning into the beef, and don't stir it. Turn off the fire when it's a little boiling.
