Apple and shrimp in tomato sauce

How to make apple shrimp in tomato sauce:

1. Wash the sea white shrimp, fry the shrimp spear and feet, open the back piece, and pick out the shrimp line.

2. After the oil in the pot is heated, add the ginger slices and stir fry them. Stir fry prawns until cooked, add rice wine to remove fishiness, and serve prawns.

3. Leave the oil in the pot, add tomato sauce and stir fry over low heat. Add oyster sauce and stir fry well.

4. Transfer to medium heat, pour in diced apples and shrimps with skin and core, stir fry until they are covered with soy sauce, season with a little salt, sprinkle with sesame oil, then turn off the heat and serve.
