Break the tradition and try to steam chicken skillfully

I found that my sister always had other results when she wanted to try this authentic cuisine. Maybe our family is not a special kitchen, and there are many ingredients and so on. But this is because I broke the traditional cuisine and used the steaming method which can keep the chicken's own flavor.

White cut chicken:

1. Cut some ginger and onion and put them on both sides of the chicken. Pour in a little cooking wine and marinate for half an hour.

2. Boil the water in the pot and put it into the pot and steam for about 5 minutes. (the time of bone blood). I personally think it's safe to steam through. I used 10 points.

3. Steam for 10 minutes, turn over the noodles and steam for 10 minutes. Steam the chicken bone with blood for 3-5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the chicken stew for 10 minutes.

4. Take it out and cool it for dipping. Cut the shallot and ginger finely, put in white pepper, sesame oil and pepper oil (or not) monosodium glutamate, salt and sugar. Mix well.
