Black pepper and potato chips are Indian dishes

1. Clean the potatoes. Cut the ginger into pieces. Wash coriander or shallot and chop.

2. Put the washed potatoes into the boiling pot, and add a proper amount of water (the amount of water should not exceed 1cm of potatoes),

3. Transfer in 1 tsp salt. After the fire is over, continue to cook for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are ripe and soft. Remove the water and cool.

4. Remove the outer skin of the potatoes after cooling, cut them into 2cm-3cm and see the square shape.

5. Put oil in the wok, heat it to 70% heat, fry cumin for 10 seconds, and then put in the cut potato,

6. Add ginger powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, black pepper powder and 1 tsp of remaining salt, stir fry for 10 minutes to make the potato taste good.

7. Before turning off the heat, put the chopped cilantro or chopped shallot into pieces, stir fry them evenly and then out of the pot.
