Sweet and sour yellow croaker is good only when there are fish every day

1) Remove scales, fins and internal organs of yellow croaker. After cleaning, cut several knives on both sides of the fish. Marinate with 1 teaspoon salt and cooking wine for 30 minutes.

2) Wash peas, peel carrots and dice, chop shallots, ginger and garlic.

3) Pat the marinated fish on both sides with dry starch, pour in wide oil in the pot, when the oil is 80% hot,

4) Put it in the pot, fry until golden yellow on both sides, drain the oil and put it in the plate.

5) Pour a little oil into the pan, mix the chopped onion, ginger and garlic to make the fragrance, then stir fry the diced carrot and pea for 2 minutes,

6) add tomato paste, 1 teaspoons of salt, sugar and water, pour in white vinegar, boil and add water to starch.

7) Pour the fried sweet and sour juice on the fish.
