Braised pork with bamboo shoots

1. Peel and wash the bamboo shoots, split them in half, boil them in water for half an hour, then soak them in cold water for standby.

2. Wash and cut streaky pork (like plum head meat with a little fat, it's more tender) and directly put it into the pot to fry until it's oily.

3. If there is too much oil, you can put part of it out of the oil. Put the meat aside, put in the scallion and ginger slices, stir fry them well,

4. Cook the cooking wine and raw soy sauce in turn, stir fry well, add boiling water and ice sugar, move into the sand pot after boiling, put in the bamboo shoots, boil again and slowly cook for 1.5 hours.
