Pickled vegetable with high protein and low fat

1. Clean mushrooms, cut into pieces, soak tofu in boiling water for 10 minutes until soft.

2. Wash the small rape core, cut it in half, put some water in the pot, boil it, blanch the small rape core until cooked, remove and put it into the plate.

3. Remove the water from the soft tofu and cut it in half for use. (better cut)

4. Heat the oil in the pot over medium heat. When the oil is 60% hot, stir fry the mushroom for a while.

5. Add some salt, soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce, stir fry evenly, then add some oil gluten and water, boil over high heat, turn to medium heat to collect the juice until it is slightly thick, pour in sesame oil, and then put into the plate with small rape core.
