Stir fried pork slices with asparagus

1. Cut the asparagus and wash it. Slice the horseshoe. Boil it in water and add a little oil and salt,

2. Put asparagus and horseshoe in the water and boil them slightly, then pour out supercooled water for standby; slice pork; put a little oil in the pot and heat it, then put meat slices and stir fry until discolored;

3. Add carrot slices and stir fry slightly, add 2 tbsp bean paste and stir fry,

4. Add in horseshoe and asparagus and stir fry. Transfer in 1 tbsp of delicious soy sauce and a little sugar and stir fry.
