Fish flavored tofu with Sichuan cuisine

1. Cut the scallion, ginger and garlic, and cut the tofu into 2 cm thick slices;

2. Blanch the tofu, remove the beancurd smell, and put it in reserve;

3. Fry tofu in oil pan over low heat to make golden yellow;

4. When one side of tofu is fried yellow, turn it over gently and fry the other side to make golden yellow, then the tofu will be filled;

5. Pour the pork stuffing into the pot, stir fry until the color changes, pour in the chopped onion, ginger and garlic, stir fry until fragrant, dig in two spoonfuls of bean paste, stir fry, pour in water, boil over high heat;

6. Pour in a little soy sauce, sprinkle in a little salt, pour in the fried tofu, turn it over gently, and boil over low heat;

7. Add sugar to the pot, cook in vinegar, thicken with starch, collect juice and dish.
