Salt water, duck wing, family feast

If you have a meal in Nanjing, you will find that the salt water dishes in Nanjing are the first-class dishes for family and guests. Today, I would like to share with you the classic Jinling salted duck.

Practice:

1. Cut 3 duck wings and soak in cold water for half an hour to remove blood. Put all the spices in the bag.

2. Blanch duck wings in boiling water to remove blood and impurities. Scalded duck wings are washed in cold water.

3. In another pot, pour in the water that can't pass the duck's wings. Pour the onion and ginger, the material bag, the carrot slices, the cooking wine, the rock sugar, the salt into the water and boil.

4. Pour the washed duck wings into the water, boil them for half an hour under the cover of a small fire, soak them for half an hour after turning off the fire, then start the pot, cool them and eat them. It will taste better after two hours in the refrigerator in summer.
