Steamed bean cake

How long does it take to steam Dousha? Some of my friends also use the steamed buns of cooked Dousha, which are not far from my Dousha cake. They only need to steam for about 15 minutes. But this cake needs to be steamed for more than 20 minutes. I think the finished product is a little bit dry. It may be that I use a little less water, or the screening time is too long, resulting in water evaporation. Try adding more water next time.

Practice:

1. Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour and soft white sugar evenly. Add clean water in several times and mix evenly.

2. Use your hands to make loose powder. Sift the powder twice to form a fine cake powder.

3. Take half of the pastry and spread it into the mould. Steam on boiling water for 5-6 minutes and take out.

4. Spread the bean paste on it. Then cover the bean paste filling with the other half of the cake powder, gently scrape it flat, and keep it soft. Boil the water and steam for 25 minutes.

5. Take out and cool, then cut into pieces.
