Stir fried cucumber sauce started as a folk dish of Qing Dynasty

Practice:

1. First wash the cucumber, select the section with less seeds at the end and cut it into 6-7 mm cubes, mix well with salt and marinate the water in the cucumber. Cut the lean pork into 6mm Square cubes.

2. Heat up the wok and put in the salad oil. Then put in the diced lean meat and stir fry. Wait for the water in the diced meat, and use a small fire instead. 3. When the sauce is stir fried into the meat to reveal the sauce flavor, add Shaoxing wine, monosodium glutamate and soy sauce, stir fry slightly, put in the cucumber, shake it for a few times, and then pour on the sesame oil to serve.
