Rice with Chinese yam and Chinese date

Autumn is a season of nostalgia for the past. We inadvertently recall the good and bad of the past. Every bit of it can leave a trace in our hearts. At this time, we may as well eat autumn dryness as a delicacy belonging to autumn.

Practice:

1. Soak the rice for half an hour, soak the jujube until it starts, and peel the yam;

2. Use electric cooker to cook rice, put jujube on one side of the drawer, and Chinese yam cut into thin slices on the other side;

3. Stew the rice until the water is dry, turn the dates and yams into the pot, and continue to stew until the pot trips automatically.

4. Mix the rice, dates and yams. Pour in a spoonful of rice wine. The wine is fragrant.
