The collocation of boiled "pride in the meat" beef and wheaten dishes

Beef is known as "pride in meat". It is also different from pork. It is popular for its high protein content and low fat.

1. Slice the beef, stir it with a little water, add a little water after the beef absorbs the water, add oyster sauce, ginger, salt and chicken essence to taste, add starch after the taste is good, chop the pickled peppers, ginger garlic and Pixian bean paste (I don't like to make dishes with the whole bean paste, so I usually chop the bean paste); wash and cut the lettuce; cut the scallion and scallion 。

Do not stir, so as to avoid pulping and muddy soup. If there is any water flooded beef, just press it with a spatula.

5. When the water is boiled again, the beef will change color, and then it is OK. Start the pot and pour it into the bowl paved with oatmeal, and sprinkle with pepper noodles and chili noodles.

6. Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it up. Pour it on the beef sprinkled with pepper noodles and chili noodles. Wow, chop the bell and make it fragrant. Sprinkle with scallion and eat it.
