Porphyra wrapped rice is similar to Japanese sushi

1. Prepare the ingredients, heat vegetable oil in the pan, beat the eggs into the pan and spread them into the egg skin

2. Wash cucumber and carrot, cut ham and egg peel into strips

3. Mix the sushi vinegar into the rice and add it according to your own taste. My approximate ratio: the ratio of sushi vinegar to rice is about 1:6
