Steamed pork with lotus seed and spare ribs

1. Chop the pork chop and drain the water. Soak lotus leaf in water. Wash both sides, mushrooms and lotus seeds. Set aside

2. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, rice wine, five spice powder and steamed meat rice flour into pork chop, mushroom and lotus seed

3. If it is too dry, add a small amount of water, mix the spareribs by hand to make it evenly coated with flour (my steamed meat powder is fried with rice, and then beaten into powder by grinder, not too fine)

4. Spread the mixed material in the middle of lotus leaf and wrap it into a square shape (fold the left and right up and down to the middle)

5. The autoclave is finished by steaming it over high heat for half an hour
