Bacon, onion and potato cake

7. Take a piece of mashed potato with the size of a big ball and put it into your hand. Knead it first and then press it into small cakes one by one.

8. Pour a little oil into the pot and heat it in high heat. When the oil is 7% hot, put the potato cake into medium and low heat, fry one side into golden yellow, turn over, and then fry the other side into golden yellow.

Tips:

If the mashed potato is too soft and too thin, you can add a proper amount of corn starch. If it is not soft, you can not add ha. If it's too dry, you can add some milk or water to adjust it.
