Stir fried rice cake with mushroom

Usually I prefer to watch some Korean variety shows, in which I can frequently see some Korean snacks, such as spicy fried rice cake, barbecue, ginseng soup and so on. Today I want to talk about the practice of fried rice cake.

Korean hot fried rice cake method:

1. Heat the pan, add a little oil, add onion shreds and carrot strips and stir fry.

2. Stir fry until the onion softens. Add the crab mushroom. Stir fry. Add some water and Korean chili sauce.

3. Cook with lid for three minutes, then add Korean rice cake.

4. Cook for two minutes, add salt and pepper to taste, mix well, then heat to collect juice, then put out the pot and dish.
