Yoghurt stewing pot for office workers

I'm a typical type of late night and flustered morning. I don't have time to cook when I get up early every day. This yoghurt is made in a stew pot at night. I just drink it when I get up early and warm, and share it with you.

Practice:

1. Put the stainless steel cup (cover) and spoon to be filled with milk into the inner pot of stewing pot together, add water, boil and disinfect, and do not pour out the boiled water.

2. Shake the stainless steel cup dry, pour in the milk, add the fermentation agent, stir evenly with a spoon, and cover it.

3. Put the inner pot with boiling water into the braising pot, wait until the water temperature cools to 45 ℃, put the finished 2 in, and cover the braising pot.

4. If the water temperature drops midway, you can change a little hot water to keep the temperature at 45 ℃. Be careful not to add more water than the cup. I changed the water before 11 p.m., and then I stewed it till morning.
