Stewed pork with French characteristics

It's hard to imagine what kind of hodgepodge can be made in French style. In fact, the cooking method of this dish is similar to that of our country. It's red in color, tender in taste, cool and spicy.

Mixed method of stewed pork:

1. Cut the cooked mixed meat into slices. Then put the pan into the lettuce oil and cook it 80% hot. Stir in the mixed meat and stir fry it for a while.
