French onion egg tower shows another unique style

We've eaten a lot of egg tarts. I've learned how to make French egg tarts. But this is the first time I try to add the unique onion in French food. It's not a blind addition. There's really an onion egg tarts in France. Interested friends can try it.

Method of onion egg tower:

1. Prepare the pastry, peel and slice the onion.

2. Stir fry in oil pan for about an hour, sprinkle salt and pepper. Spread the pastry in the pie mould to make the bottom. Put three eggs in the onion puree with whipped cream.

3. Adjust the amount of salt and pepper according to your taste and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
