A simple French appetizer

General eating habits need appetizers. Foie gras in France is one of the most famous delicacies. Different eating habits in each country determine the different habits of appetizers. Today, I'd like to share two kinds of French appetizers that are suitable for our country.

Practice:

1. Put the olive oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, put in the vegetable embryo and fry it completely.

2. Put a small amount of olive oil in the pot, and then fry the marinated beef thymus or beef parotid gland in the pot. When one side is cooked, sprinkle a little olive oil and fry the other side until it is fully cooked.

3. Put the fried thymus or parotid gland on a clean plate and brush with Spanish beef bone juice. Bake in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes.

4. After taking it out, set the plate according to your preference. Delicious Spanish food is ready.

Shrimp jelly with white Xiangguo

1. Remove the mince and wash the shrimps. Add seasoning (1) into the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Remove the cold water and leave the head and tail. Place 3 shrimps and 1 Raisin in each bowl and set aside.

2. Cut the white Xiangguo in half, dig out the pulp and mix it with 400cc cold water, remove the white Xiangguo seed (2) and seaweed powder, and cook until thick.

3. Pour method 2 into 1, cool it and refrigerate it, then take it out when you want to eat it.
