Does aerobics help to treat headache? Aerobics has a way to prevent headache

Does aerobics help to treat headache? There is a set of aerobics to prevent headache! The aerobics specially prepared by experts can relieve limb stiffness, prevent headache, and persist in exercise! In order to prevent and treat chronic headache, Professor Shimadzu Bangnan of Department of Neurology, Qiyu Medical University, Japan, developed a set of headache gymnastics. Relaxing rigid muscles through flexible movements can effectively prevent headache, but it must be insisted on every day without interruption.

This set of headache gymnastics is divided into three parts: head, shoulder and upper body. Head rotation, pitching, left and right roll three ways, do 3 minutes at a time. The main points of the upper body are the same as those of the head, but they are closer to gymnastics. The waist is the axis of rotation, and the waist is the axis of pitching and lateral bending. The shoulder movement is shown in the picture. First, swing the arm with one arm, repeat it many times, then send the shoulders forward alternately, and finally, shrug and drop the shoulders alternately. In addition to working in the office at any time according to the workload, there are also several fixed periods, such as after getting up every day, before going to bed; when going to the toilet, on the way to and from work, the total has been no less than 5 times, it can be seen that there is no need to make special arrangements, and it is not difficult to stick to it.

It should be noted that abdominal breathing should be used in practice. The so-called abdominal breathing is to complete the breathing process through the up and down large movements of the transverse septum muscle between the lung and stomach, which can promote the lung to breathe more air. Back stretch, abdominal relaxation, even slow breathing, can naturally release shoulder muscle tension, prevent the occurrence of headache. The comparison of blood pressure changes between headache patients and non headache patients before and after the exercise showed that the blood pressure of tension headache patients decreased after the exercise, and the decrease was obvious. This is due to the deep breathing during the movement, which leads to the decrease of norepinephrine concentration in the blood.

To prevent chronic headache, in addition to doing gymnastics, we should also adjust and improve our lifestyle. We should not overwork in study and work, not disturb the rhythm of rest and sleep, not go to extremes, and not create tension for no reason. To sum up, we should remember "3R", that is, relax, recreation and rest. Among them, leisure is the best way to relieve tension, and deep breathing is the best way to relax.
