How to make your own wine? This time, the method of making your own red wine is not only simple, but there is not much emphasis on the tools. It can be made by ordinary families at home. Originally, the grape season is over, and I want to share the finished products with you, so the method is a little late, but don't worry, now I can still buy ripe grapes.

Homemade red wine

Materials: grape, sugar (ratio of grape 6: sugar 1)

Method:

1. Cut the grapes one by one, wash them, soak them in light salt water for 20 minutes, then wash them and dry them in a cool place.

2. Take the clean big basin, hand wash clean, crush the dry grapes one by one, separate the pulp and peel.

3. Add sugar in proportion. Mix the sugar and grapes with chopsticks.

4. Put all the mixed grapes, juice and meat into a clean glass bottle without water and oil, fill it for about 7 minutes, seal it well and store it at room temperature.

5. About 20 days or so, if there is no bubble in the bottle, it will be fermented completely.

6. Open the bottle cap, carefully remove the pulp and peel floating on the top with a colander, and then squeeze out the juice inside.

7. Pour out the wine carefully, filter and seal it in a glass bottle (in order to prevent the pulp sediment at the bottom of the bottle from floating, use a clean hose to suck out the wine).

Four seas food sharing: this method is the simplest one I have found. It's very simple. It's my first time to marinate. It can be fermented at about 20 ℃ for 20 days. If the temperature is different, the time can be extended or shortened.
