Ingredients: two cups of soybean

Soybean milk formula: a cup of soybean 85g, water 800g, white vinegar water formula: white vinegar 16g, water 80g

Methods:

1. Measure a cup of soybeans one night in advance, about 85g, rinse and soak in water overnight. The next morning, drain the water and put the soybeans into the soymilk machine.

2. Add water, about 800g, a little bit above the lower limit. The offline line is 1000 grams of water. Because of the volume of soybeans, 800 grams of water is almost at this position. Plug in the power supply and start to make soybean milk.

4. Filter the soymilk from the second time to the first. Take a clean container, weigh 16g white vinegar and add 80g water to make white vinegar water for use.

When it is about to be opened, there will be floating foam on the top of the soybean milk. Please skim it carefully.

6. After boiling, wait for five minutes (three or four minutes is OK, if it's colder, maybe two or three minutes). When the temperature drops to 85-90 degrees, slowly pour in white vinegar, and stir while pouring.

7. When pouring, some flocculent products are produced. After 10 to 20 minutes (usually 10 minutes), the floc will be more obvious.

8. Take a basin and put it into the water bucket (because there will be water seeping out when pressing tofu, so I put it in the bucket directly). Put the tofu mold (the wood I bought is a little too big). Soak the bean curd cloth and squeeze it to dry, and evenly spread it on the mold.

9. Pour the flocculent tofu into the mold, fold the tofu cloth from left to right carefully, and then fold it up and down carefully. Press the upper board up and try to flatten it.

10. Put a flat bottom bowl on the water pressure (the amount of pressure is decided by yourself. The tofu is older and the tofu is tender when pressed lightly) for 10 minutes. The tofu has been shaped.

11. After cooling, take it out carefully. (the first time I did it, I was in a hurry to see what it was like. When it was hot, it was demoulded, and the shape was ugly.).

At the beginning, I think it's a bit troublesome. I did it several times before I succeeded. You can try a new method.
