I always don't know what to fry tofu. Last time I ate my aunt's fried tofu, my aunt poured meat juice on it to make the original delicious fried tofu better. Materials: 300g tofu, one egg, proper flour, 30g pork (the one with a little fat is more delicious), the right amount of salt, the right amount of chili oil or dry chili powder with chili powder, a little scallion, an appropriate amount of soy sauce, pepper powder or thirteen spices, a little starch and less sesame oil

Methods:

1. Cut the bean curd into small cubes about 0.7 cm thick. Sprinkle a thin layer of salt on both sides of the plate and marinate for 10 minutes. Dip the cured tofu slices with a layer of dry flour.

3. Put 1 tablespoon flour into a bowl, first use a little water and form a thick, non flowing paste (if you put the flour directly into the egg, it will be easy to get bumps), and then add an egg to mix into a thin paste.

4. Put the bean curd soaked with flour into the batter and wrap it with a thin layer of batter. Heat the pan with a thin layer of oil, and then put the bean curd into the pan while wrapping the batter. How to make fried tofu delicious

5. Pan fry both sides of the meat with oil over medium low heat until golden yellow. Then put them on the plate. Chop the pork into minced meat and mix it with a little water. In this way, the minced meat does not form a ball and is easy to fry.

6. Heat up the frying pan and put a large teaspoon of chili oil into the minced meat, stir fry and change color (if there is no chili oil, you can put it in the pan first, then put a little dry chili noodles, then fry it at a low heat, and then add the minced meat to fry, which is just slightly spicy. If you don't like spicy food, you can directly use the fried minced meat.

7. Put in soy sauce super fragrant, and then put a small half bowl of water, boil, add pepper powder or thirteen spices seasoning, and then put in the appropriate amount of salt seasoning.

8. Add 1 teaspoon of starch into water, pour it into the pot, turn off the fire, sprinkle with scallion and a little sesame oil, mix well to form minced meat sauce.

9. Pour the minced meat into the fried tofu.
