A few days later, when Fusang took out the pig oil tank, it was filled with many crystal like things. It was crisp and pure sweet, and its taste was better than sugar.

Fusang talked about this strange phenomenon, and many people concocted it as they did. Because the sugar produced was like ice and tasted like honey, people called it rock sugar.

Storage method:

1. Because rock sugar is easy to absorb water and get damp, it should be placed in a cool and ventilated place.

2. If you find that the crystal sugar is affected by moisture, you can dry it with an electric fan or expose it to the sun until it is dry.
