How to preserve clams? Requirements for seafood preservation in summer

How to preserve clams? What are the requirements for seafood preservation in summer? Seafood can be roughly divided into high-grade and ordinary seafood. The survival requirements in the process of storage are quite different. Different seafood needs to live in different water quality.

1. High and middle grade seafood, such as lobster, abalone, sea cucumber, sea crab, red sea bream, salmon, flying tiger, etc. These seafood are more precious and have higher requirements on water quality, temperature, environment and light. Therefore, fresh natural seawater, water circulation cooling and filtration system, and oxygenation system must be equipped in the process of storage, and the utensils should be disinfected regularly.

2. Ordinary seafood, crawling shrimp, clams, fresh shellfish, oysters, sea intestines, octopus, etc. These seafood can store oxygen for about 15 days in winter as long as fresh seawater is available, and appropriate amount of ice is needed to cool down in summer.

Share: put the clam in the box, put some water over the clam, and refrigerate it in the refrigerator.
