What are the common manifestations of coronary heart disease?

Experts pointed out that because of the age, gender, physical condition and other differences in patients with coronary heart disease, the clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease are very different. What are the common manifestations of coronary heart disease? Experts give you a systematic introduction.

The early symptoms of coronary heart disease are as follows: at first, the patient did not use obvious symptoms or discomfort, and occasionally during physical examination, it was found that the ECG had the change of blood deficiency type, suggesting that the patient had 'concealed coronary heart disease' or had 'silent myocardial ischemia'. Therefore, we should be alert, regularly reexamine and give active prevention and treatment. Some angina occurred outside the chest, or manifested as headache, toothache, sore throat, or epigastric distention or discomfort, and some manifested as leg pain alone, etc., which often needs to be differentiated from the discomfort caused by the corresponding organs.

In the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus, the symptoms are chest distress or dyspnea without chest pain, or even acute myocardial infarction without chest pain (i.e. painless myocardial infarction). Shock is often the main clinical manifestation. The most common inducing factors of angina are physical activity and emotional excitement. For example, chest pain is the most typical type of exertive angina pectoris when walking on an urgent road, going up stairs or going uphill. In serious cases, activities such as drying or shaving after shower can induce angina pectoris. Emotional excitement, such as anger, anxiety, watching intense sports games, can cause angina.

However, experts found that the threshold value of angina induced by emotion is often lower than that of exercise or physical labor, so it is speculated that sympathetic nerve mediated vasoconstriction may be involved at the same time. Satiety is another common cause of angina, which can be induced alone, similar cases can also be seen after defecation.
