How to prevent gastritis

There are two types of gastritis: acute and chronic. Many patients with acute gastritis are caused by eating unclean food with bacteria or virus. After the onset of abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting, feces are generally yellow, watery, many times, sometimes with mucus, pus blood. Vomit is also very frequent sometimes, can vomit food, even bile.

To prevent gastritis:

First, pay attention to food hygiene, especially in summer and autumn, do not eat unclean food;

Second, we should avoid eating foods that are too irritating to the stomach on weekdays. We should eat more easily digested foods and chew them well;

Third, it is forbidden to smoke or drink, especially for those who have stomach disease.

In addition, there will be different degrees of headache, chills, fever and other systemic symptoms. If acute gastritis is not treated in time, or not treated thoroughly, it is easy to turn into chronic gastritis. Eating too fast on weekdays, insufficient food chewing, often eating too cold or overheated food, long-term consumption of irritant condiments, drinking too much, will produce chronic gastritis, resulting in indigestion, loss of appetite, abdominal pain after meals, nausea and even vomiting.
